BALTIMORE, MD, December 06, 2022- Think Systems Inc., a national management consulting firm that helps both the private and public sectors with organizational and human capital solutions, announced today that it has named Ryan Harris Vice President of Client Success, Senior Management Consultant.

Mr. Harris brings 15 years of progressive people operations and human resources leadership experience in rapid-growth and startup environments and will serve as an advocate for all Think’s clients at a high level in his new role. He will report to Joe Poling, Think’s President of Commercial Services.

“Ryan will use a tailored approach that holds the company accountable to ensure the best service possible,” Poling said. “He will identify gaps and holes that need to be filled to guarantee we deliver optimal value to clients.”

Prior to joining Think, Mr. Harris was the Head of Talent at TrueCar, Inc. where he was responsible for the architecture of scalable talent solutions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, onboarding programs, and team management tools and techniques. Throughout his career, he has helped create scalable people infrastructure that leads to organizational success while also having fun as a team at several companies, including Stripe, Noodigs, Fetch, and DFC Global Corp.

“Think is packed with sheer talent, so this is a tremendous opportunity,” Harris said. “There is a consistency with Think leaders’ thought process about where the company is today and where it is headed. Under this vision, I think we are just scratching the surface in terms of potential growth.”

Harris will use his experience and expertise to ensure that clients recognize the value, and the business impact Think is driving. His job is to understand the needs of clients so Think can maximize the impact of its support.

“Most of our competitors are not going to provide this type of tailored support and advocacy, so I’m confident Ryan will help give us a leg up on the competition,” said Tony Gruebl, Think’s Founder and CEO. “Ryan’s hire is also part of a broader strategy to support Think’s sustainable, long-term growth. Think continues to acquire top-tier talent to support aggressive growth projections.”
