Rick Thomas, an Airforce Veteran, brings over 15 years of consulting and program/project management experience to Think’s leadership team. He has broad expertise in operational leadership, process improvement, and leading cross-functional teams to define simple, direct, and effective plans to attain stellar results. ​​

An action-oriented leader, Thomas values positivity, transparency, and honesty in his leadership style. He leads with high integrity, restoring the confidence of project teams by instilling a collaborative and “no excuses” results-driven approach. Thomas believes a team fails and wins together, shaping the culture to build community, safety, and a sense of belonging. This approach defines a vision for a more effective organization that is capable of impacting both performance and results. ​​
